XP Build
I’ve built a offline (no internet) retro gaming PC that runs 32 bit Windows XP SP3.
It is mostly here for me to collect some old PC games (mostly disks but I have a few from GoG too) and play away from the modern slop that is Windows and the Gaming industry today.
Don’t get me wrong I love many modern games and have modern consoles + Windows PC. But having a small haven away from that gives me a nice feeling. No micro-transactions, huge update downloads, accounts to login to and a feeling of nostalgia from my childhood.
XP Gaming PC Specs
Most bought from eBay used with a few exceptions (PSU & PC case are both new).
The goal was best specs that support Windows XP but not really fully period appropriate (e.g. SSD and monitor are modern(ish) though were also used from eBay to get a good price).

Games Wish List
See my games list for the games I have and the ones I’m after. Unlike my PS2 games I don’t tend to buy these as often so my collection grows slowly.
